HOBONICHI Techo Planner Book and Cover Set 2022 A6, Doggie & Pus

Doggie and Pussycat are really enjoying themselves on this thick cotton cover. The design is based on the classic Czech children’s book All About Doggie and Pussycat by painter and author Josef Čapek. The book cover is that of the edition originally published in the Czech Republic, so it features Doggie and Pussycat holding hands and the Czech book title and author name above and below them. The design is silkscreen printed onto the cover, so the printed area is sleek when you run your hands across it, and it has a vague three-dimensional effect.

The butterfly stopper pen holders are a bright yellow and blue to match the colors of Doggie and Pussycat. The cover’s red spine lists the name of the book, just like the original children’s book, and it has matching red bookmarks. There’s something delightful about feeling like you’re carrying around a Czech children’s book.

The cover comes with the Techo Planner  2022

The Hobonichi Techo is much more than a planner: it's an internationally famous lifestyle icon. This cult planner features a minimal and functional design and is full of little details that make it absolutely unique, such as quotes and informational pages about Japanese history, annual events, and folk tales.

The Hobonichi Techo is made by Hobo Nikkan Itoi Shimbun (ほぼ日刊イトイ新聞), a website and lifestyle brand curated by Japanese copywriter Shigesato Itoi. Hobonichi comes from the word meaning “almost everyday” and techo meaning “planner.”
