The NEW Midori MD format is the MD Notebook Thick with paper around twice the thickness of their regular notebooks. Whether you are using paint, markers or calligraphy pens, this thick MD paper will absorb it with no bleed-through.

The square format is a new format for MD, it also has a plastic and paper cover available to complement the notebook. Alternatively, as the cover is made from MD Paper, you can also draw on the cover, and create your own.

The MD Notebook Thick A5 Square features an exposed thread-stitched spine, called a Codex Binding. This allows every page to opens entirely flat, throughout the entire notebook.
